Step One – We Listen To You

The first meeting will give us a chance to learn about each other. We especially want to know what you’re envisioning. And you’ll surely want to know how we would make it a reality. You may know specifically want you want or may want to brainstorm ideas with us. However the design evolves, we will produce a plan that mirrors your taste, your style, and your dreams. And clients appreciate that we always measure cost against benefit; so know that we work to bring you the most value for your investment.

Step Two – We Have a Design / Budgeting Meeting

Should you wish our design services, we will explain how that works. If you want us to team up with an architect, we are happy to work that way as well. At this stage, we will also provide a conceptual budget range based on the desired work. Once the design and budget are firmly agreed upon, we finalize all the details to help you visualize the successful outcome. A Design Agreement is signed at this time.

Step Three – Contract/Final Drawing Signing

We will go over with you completely the contract to insure your understanding, we will also go over the final drawings at that time and then we will sign the contract and drawings. Discussing Building permits, weather issues .

Step Four – The Construction Period

Because C.M. Wright orchestrates all phases of the project, there is valuable synergy and a seamless segue between design and construction. This permits immediate solutions to address any issues that arise during the build process…and also helps keep the project on time and on budget. We do realize that remodeling can be intrusive for any client. You should know that we take pains to make sure you reside with the least inconvenience possible.

Protection during the project
We take every precaution to protect you and your home from the effects of the remodeling process. Besides wearing shoe coverings and placing plastic runners in trafficked areas, we removed debris every day and work to keep your living space as neat, clean and undisturbed as possible.

Accessibility to Us
On of the additional advantages of working with us is that we believe in accessibility. You will have Clarence Wright’s cell phone number—and his attention--whenever you have a question about your project.

Step Five – Final Completion

When the time arrives to wrap up your project, we like to a complete “walk- through” with our clients and evaluate the quality of the work. At that time, we will address or list any item that needs further attention.

Step Six – Your One-Year Warrantee

We send you a Letter of Warrantee for one year and performance evaluation. The Letter is your protection from the unlikely possibility that some element of construction or craftsmanship may inadvertently go amiss. Should there ever be such a problem, rest assured will promptly address it. The performance evaluation will help us gauge our efforts on your behalf.
